  2. Beverages at two coffee breaks per day

The early registration fee is $1250 for regular attendees and $400 for students and post doctoral fellows. The reduced fee for students and post doctoral fellows does not include tickets for the welcome reception or conference banquet.  After May 31, 2023 (EXTENDED deadline) these fees will increase to $1450 for regular attendees and $450 for students and post doctoral fellows. A limited number of tickets for the welcome reception ($75) and conference banquet ($150) can be purchased. We are using cvent.com’s platform to manage the payment process. You will need to enter your personal information again because we have to handle registration separate from the abstracts (some people will attend but not present).

Note 1: The receipts from the cvent credit card processing service are sent immediately, but are often routed to junk mail folders.  Please contact us to check on the status of your registration payment if you are unsure if your payment was processed.

Note 2: The cvent credit card processing service will fail if your credit card billing address and the address you enter do not match.  Your payment will not go through if you use a personal credit card and enter your work address.
